Richard H. Roehrborn
General Manager, The Milwaukee Club
Richard is the General Manager of The Milwaukee Club. He has held this position since February of 1991. Prior to coming to The Milwaukee Club, Richard held the position of Clubhouse Manager at The Milwaukee Country Club. Richard has been involved in the hospitality profession since 1974 working in restaurants, clubs and managing his own restaurant with his wife Maria. Richard is a past president of the Wisconsin Badger Chapter of the Club Managers Association of America. In addition to other things the association provides continuing education for its members and their staffs. Being able to say yes to the special requests of the members is a high priority and assuring the highest consistent quality of service and culinary offerings is a must. These are of primary importance to Richard and everyone working at The Milwaukee Club.
Assistant Manager, The Milwaukee Club
Molly is the Assistant Manager of The Milwaukee Club; she has been with the Club for 8 years. Molly assumed her current position after graduating from Milwaukee Area Technical College with an associate’s degree in Hotel Hospitality Management. Securing a management position with a private club was a major goal of Molly’s. Molly uses her knowledge of fine dining service to assure that each of her staff provides the perfect dining experience for our Members. In addition to her other duties Molly designs many of the floral centerpieces for Club events.
Office Manager, The Milwaukee Club
After many years in the banking industry, Robin came to The Club in August of 2000. Robin’s position includes all accounting and human resource responsibilities. The most significant difference from her previous employment is that the private club venue offers individual interaction with the Members. This is a refreshing and enjoyable change for her. Robin believes that accuracy and timeliness are the most important aspects of her position along with resolving any Member’s questions to their satisfaction.
Tiffany R. Hall
Bar Manager, The Milwaukee Club
Tiffany has worked as a server and bartender since she was 16, she has worked at various venues throughout the Milwaukee area. As a Milwaukee native, Tiffany is excited to have the opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious and historical clubs in the city.
Chef Nathan has been the Executive Chef of the Milwaukee Club since 2015. He started his culinary career over twenty years ago in Chicago. First at Trio in Evanston and then opening Schwa Restaurant. Nathan eventually became a sous chef at the acclaimed Alinea Restaurant. From 2011 to 2013, he was a personal chef in Los Angeles. He currently lives in Mequon with his wife and two young daughters.
Sous Chef, The Milwaukee Club
Jon has been working in customer service since he was 15 years old and working in restaurants since 2001. He graduated from MATC in 2003 with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. He’s worked in a wide variety of kitchen environments, including Hotels, Independent Restaurants and a few other clubs, including Bluemound Golf & CC and the Woman’s Club of Wisconsin. Jon is looking forward to continuing to learn and expand his knowledge of the culinary world and find ways to best serve the members of The Milwaukee Club.
